What this is
This blog is a working log. Not a thought-leadership outlet, not a portfolio piece. A place to write down the patterns we keep noticing across the ventures, the mistakes we keep almost-making, and the moves that actually paid off.
Expect short posts. Mostly. Sometimes longer when something deserves it.

How posts get here
Every post on this site is a markdown file in the GitHub repo, with frontmatter at the top. Adding a new post is one commit. Vercel rebuilds, the new post is live within about thirty seconds.
